Human Resources Coordinator Ii

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator II to join a growing organization located in Valley Center, San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and motivated HR professional looking to grow their career while supporting a variety of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and compliance documentation
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
- Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, payroll, and HR procedures
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events
- Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with various administrative projects
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of human resources experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Position Details
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Valley Center, San Diego, CA
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30PM PST
- Compensation: $30.00-$34.00 per hour DOE
