Manufacturing Maintenance Technician 2nd ShiftJoin Formlabs if you want to bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to the desktop of every designer, engineer, researcher, and artist in the world.This position is responsible for assisting in providing support in maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls to gain knowledge and skills for career development within Facility maintenance. The 2nd shift hours are 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in performing various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures concerning buildings and equipment.Develop skills for troubleshooting and repair of equipment.Assist in performing component replacement.Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.Operate equipment, vehicles, powered industrial trucks, and aerial lifts safely.Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.Clean the interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the buildingComplete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.Comply with all safety and health regulations.Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.Properly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside.Core CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong mechanical skills.What We OfferMedical/dental/vision insurance3% 401k matchCompany-provided lunch 3 days a weekUnlimited access to 3d printingEducation and TrainingHigh School degree.Preferred Education Bachelor's degreeCompensationAt Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The hourly base pay range for this role is:$23 —$30 USD
