The Restaurant Manager will oversee operations for a fine-dining, full-service restaurant, reporting to the General Manager. This role leads daily service, supports exceptional guest experiences, and coordinates food and beverage operations, including wine, bar management, and catering.
Responsibilities
- Develop staff schedules and supervise shifts.
- Manage guest relations and support a high-quality dining experience.
- Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Prepare sales reports and support budget control.
- Maintain quality assurance across restaurant operations.
- Ensure health and food safety compliance.
- Lead training development for restaurant staff.
- Oversee wine, bar, catering, and broader food and beverage operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
