Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:

• Work closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Contribute insights during case reviews and care planning meetings.
• Offer clinical mentorship and support to fellow healthcare team members.

Monitor Patient Progress & Ensure Compliance:

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EHR systems.
• Follow all HIPAA, state, and federal regulations to ensure patient safety and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license in the state of Kentucky.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
