Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist manages marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating creative assets, communications, social media content, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.1. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, andaligned with company objectives.2. Develop, design, produce, and distribute print and digital marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.3. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content while managing the company’s social media content calendar.4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, store personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and other partners to support corporateand store-level marketing initiatives.5. Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, web, and eventchannels.6. Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives.7. Support photography, video, and content creation efforts for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, events, andpromotions.8. Assist with the planning and promotion of company events, trade shows, open houses, and community engagementactivities.9. Maintain marketing assets, templates, and brand resources to ensure consistency across all marketing communications.10. Assist in the selection and ordering of company apparel and promotional items.11. Stay current on marketing, design, and social media trends and best practices.12. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/Experience:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related fieldpreferred.Two or more years of professional marketing, communications, or related experience.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and experience managing content across major social media platforms.Experience with or the ability to quickly learn email marketing, CRM, content management, and marketingautomation platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience creating photo, video, and digital content for marketing, social media, or communications initiatives ispreferred.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
