Preferred:

• Experience with claims adjudication in the Federal Employee Program Health Benefit Plan
• Experience in a software application development environment in an analytical role
• Bachelors (Health administration; business administration; software engineering or related degree required)

Responsibilities:

• Must be familiar with mainframe system processing, terminology to work with the team and understand technical aspects of initiative
• Responsible for analysis related to RFI/RFP being created and issued for mainframe system/application migration
• Responsible for organizing results and performing analysis/comparison of responses, organizing meetings internally and potentially with vendors regarding RFI/RFP responses or questions, coordinating responses to questions and other communications internally and with vendors.
• Responsible for working with internal Procurement team regarding overall process
• Perform analysis and create documentation to build business cases for next steps based on RFI/RFP responses and input of team
• Gathers information and data, conducts analysis to create the overall Mainframe Retirement business case.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of mainframe technology, terminology, tools/products used for mainframe development and operations. Experience with large procurement processes, including RFI and RFP, developing criteria, organizing and analyzing responses, developing Q&A responses, selection criteria, etc.
