Licensed Massage Therapist
We have consistently been voted Best Massage and Best Day Spa in Holly Springs! We are looking for experienced massage therapists that consistently deliver five-star service to join our five-star team.
Serasana means "To Be Healthy", and our mission is to create a community of hope and healing. Serasana Holly Springs is a Wellness Center that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in stress and pain management, by encouraging regular use of acupuncture, yoga, massage, skincare, reiki, cupping, healing tea and remedies.
We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Holly Springs team on a flexible schedule. Our environment is unique--we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have eight treatment rooms and a beautiful yoga studio. Our location is next to Lowes Foods in Holly Springs Crossing.
Therapists have the opportunity to make up to $67 for a 50 minute service, including gratuities.
Several shifts are available throughout the week, including Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings
- Provide massages ranging from 25-100 minutes for scheduled clients and walk-ins
- Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellness
- Guide clients through our service offerings
- Recommend treatment plans that can include suggestions for better health including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies to assist clients in their wellness journey
- Take detailed histories, including information about injuries and chronic health conditions
- Complete SOAP notes after each session and enter into client software
- Customize sessions around specific complaints or problem areas
- Provide client with Wellness Prescription after each session
Qualifications
Current North Carolina License for Massage Therapy.
Prior experience in Cupping a PLUS, not required. We will train you to effectively use silicon cups in our Therapeutic Massage service.
