This role acts as a senior escalation point, mentor, and strategic partner, focused on improving IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the top escalation resource for complex technical issuesMentor junior staff and promote a high-performance service cultureAlign IT services with business and jobsite needsImplement and manage ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)Design and maintain service catalog, SLAs, and support models (L1/L2/L3)Improve service delivery through automation, self-service, and process optimizationProvide advanced support for Microsoft 365, endpoints, enterprise apps, and identity/accessManage device lifecycle (procurement through refresh)Analyze service metrics and drive continuous improvementSupport and lead IT projects and initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsQualifications5 –10+ years in IT support or operationsStrong experience with ITSM, ITIL, Microsoft 365, Windows, and identity managementProven ability to handle escalations and lead improvementsExperience supporting large or field-based organizations preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCompensation for this role includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
