Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated homeowners to discuss their property needs and goals, ensuring a personalized and effective listing strategy.

• Utilize our proven systems and CRM tools to manage and track all listing activities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers and maximize exposure.

• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with detailed information and insights about the property.

• Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and their agents, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism.

• Stay informed about local market trends and conditions, providing clients with expert advice and guidance throughout the listing process.

• Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License.

• Real estate sales or listing experience preferred.

• Strong listing presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to convert seller leads into signed listings.

• Experience managing transactions from listing to closing.

• Comfortable using CRM and follow-up systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
