Quick Facts Location: Hanover, PA (1227 Baltimore Street) Start Date: 10/19/2026 End Date: 03/31/2027 (with potential extension) Shift: Day shift, 5 x 8s (07:00 AM 03:30 PM) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA State RN License; ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $229.11 Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You ll Do Provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures in a busy surgical center Administer anesthesia to pediatric and adult patients across multiple specialties (ortho, gyn, eyes, endo, ENT, dental, general) Monitor and manage patient vitals during procedures Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to ensure patient safety Maintain detailed documentation in Epic EMR Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards Support quality improvement initiatives as needed What You Need Required: PA RN license and valid CRNA certification ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient setting preferred Ability to work full-time day shifts Preferred: Experience with Epic EMR Strong collaboration skills and flexibility About the Assignment Join a respected outpatient surgery center in Hanover, PA, known for delivering high-quality outpatient surgical care across diverse specialties.
