Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders focused on customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, billing, and account maintenance.
• De-escalate customer concerns with empathy, patience, and active listening.
• Maintain accurate records and log details across internal databases in real-time.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to route complex inquiries smoothly.
• Adhere to company standards and Property & Casualty insurance regulations.

Qualifications
