As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christopher Schoelen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Ask for referrals and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
