Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 2

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store in the mall. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives with regards to hitting sales targets, recruiting, and development. You’re a mix of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker – capable of handling any challenge while driving sales and building lifelong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals. Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you. Act as the store’s #1 fan – create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products, social media, and additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide leadership around running an operationally sound business; balance ops, delegation/autonomy, and customer‑first selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback. Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets. Merchandise the store in a compelling way, following planograms and launching promotions on time. Develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team in partnership with the Store Manager. Qualifications At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience. Experience leading teams to success with strong communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and talent development. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and a drive to develop associates. High school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is an advantage. Ability to adapt to a fast‑changing retail environment and handle challenges. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift packages up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boxlunch
