HR - Manager at Corona Regional Medical Center located in Corona, CA The HR Manager serves as a key leadership partner within the acute care setting, overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for driving HR excellence by managing a team of HR Professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery to hospital staff and leadership. The Manager focuses on employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance (Joint Commission), and policy interpretation. This role acts as a strategic liaison to department heads, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the hospital’s clinical and operational goals. The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties. Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources required. Minimum three (2) years leadership experience in Human Resources required, acute care experience preferred Previous experience in a healthcare or acute care hospital setting is strongly preferred to understand clinical staffing nuances and regulatory requirements.
