Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs We are open 7 days a week and the hours for shifts are Mon‑Fri 6:30‑9:30p and Sat/Sun 7:30am‑8:30p. We are trying to incorporate a mid-evening shift of 4‑5 hours per day.
