Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a Brand Growth Specialist to support the continued development and expansion of our brand in San Antonio.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to strengthen brand awareness, identify growth opportunities, support promotional initiatives, and help deliver a consistent and professional brand experience. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, creative, and interested in developing valuable skills in branding, communication, business growth, and customer engagement.

You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, participate in strategic initiatives, collaborate across different areas of the organization, and grow alongside a developing company.

Responsibilities

• Support brand growth and awareness initiatives within the local market.
• Assist with the development and execution of promotional and brand strategies.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally when interacting with customers, partners, and the community.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across company initiatives and communications.
• Collaborate with team members on campaigns, events, and business development projects.
• Gather customer and market feedback to help identify potential growth opportunities.
• Support presentations, promotional materials, and brand-related projects.
• Track campaign activities and provide feedback on performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy's services, values, and brand positioning.

• Competitive salary of $48,000 – $53,000 per year.
