Administrative Observe given office hours Responsible for taking phone calls and logging these calls Responsible for relaying work orders, message, appointments, etc. to the manager Be available to perform site/file reviews with financing authority Monitor complex to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed to maintain standards for safety, quality and overall company and tenant satisfaction. Provide a high level of service to prospective tenants, tenants, vendors, and coworkers. Respond to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner Observe all company personnel, quality, and safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Leasing Perform showings of units to prospective tenants. Secure, distribute and maintain applications for long-term leases Assist applicants with preparation of applications, when necessary Assist verifying all applicant information as directed Responsible for maintaining accurate leasing records and applications that are pending approval Verify with manager that units are ready for showing Prepare traffic report Resident Relations Monitor community to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed to maintain standards for safety, quality, and overall company and tenant satisfaction Assists with annual recertification paperwork when directed. Inspect grounds and facility routinely to determine repair needs. POSITION SUMMARY The Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting the Property Managers in performing all duties and functions required for efficient leasing of Costello Properties. A Leasing Agent acts as the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. This is a very service-oriented position that strives to make current residents feel welcome in their community. People that are successful in this position have: Previous customer service experience. Previous administrative/clerical and regulatory experience. Proven sales experience. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work independently while staying on task. A drive to be successful. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Must be punctual and reliable. Requirements Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to work 20 hours per week. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Must be willing to use personal vehicle to travel between properties. Salary $15.50 - $16.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
