PART-TIME ACCOUNTANT

Company: TDH Transport LLC Location: Rock Hill, SC Pay: $25–$30 per hour Job Type: Part-time TDH Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to handle the company’s accounting and tax-related responsibilities. Responsibilities: Prepare and file business tax returns and required tax documents. Prepare financial statements and tax documents for year-end filing. Maintain and balance the company’s books. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare customer invoices and track outstanding payments. Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records. Track expenses, receipts, and company purchases. Review financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Work with the CPA or tax authorities when necessary. Maintain organized and accurate accounting records. Qualifications: Previous accounting experience required. Experience preparing and filing business taxes. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements. Experience balancing books and reconciling accounts. QuickBooks experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
