Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead employees and daily food-distribution warehouse operations. This role is responsible for productivity, staffing, order accuracy, inventory organization, employee training, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise warehouse employees and assign daily responsibilities.

· Monitor production goals, order accuracy, attendance, and employee performance.

· Train new employees on order-selection and warehouse procedures.

· Enforce OSHA, food-safety, forklift, and company safety requirements.

· Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, cGMP, and sanitation procedures.

· Monitor inventory movement, product quality, and warehouse organization.

· Operate and supervise employees using stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.

· Address operational problems and communicate shift updates to management.

· Report injuries, equipment problems, safety concerns, and product discrepancies.

· Complete required reports and shift documentation and support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

· Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.

· Food distribution, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

· Stand-up forklift experience required.

· Knowledge of food-safety and OSHA requirements preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in refrigerated or temperature-controlled warehouse areas.

· Ability to work mandatory overtime and extended shifts with dependable attendance.

· OSHA, CPR, or first-aid certification is preferred.

Schedule and Overtime Notice

· All shifts are subject to overtime.

· Sunday and Monday: Mandatory 12-hour shifts.

· Tuesday through Saturday: Required overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
