Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Food Assembly Associates to join our team in Romeoville, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our food products are assembled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality and satisfaction of our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food production, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Assemble food products according to specified recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met during the assembly process.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
