Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I had a background in sales and hospitality, including working with PSA leads and handling AV setups for conferences. After relocating to the area, I eventually made the move into agency ownership and haven't looked back. Outside of the office, I'm a big family person - married for 15 years with three boys (14, 12, and 9), all named after Dodgers legends. I'm a huge baseball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and I love music as well. Earlier in life, I toured with bands and traveled all over, which sparked my passion for collecting and exploring new places. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
