IMMEDIATE NEED for 1:1 Home Care Private Duty Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in the Louisville KY area for Day & Nights Shifts. Full and Part time shifts for Day & Over Night Available for RNs & LPNs, great flexibility. Hourly Pay RN: $32-$38 and LPN $25-32. Work for 2025 & 2026 Louisville Employer and Provider of Choice award by Home Care Pulse Requirements Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky Pediatric Experience preferred Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred Experience with g-tubes, trachs/vent and cath care preferred Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
