Delivery Manager - Guidewire PolicyCenter

Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Guidewire implementation programs with a strong focus on PolicyCenter and Forms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire program delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and successful execution of large-scale insurance transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Manage Guidewire PolicyCenter, Forms, and Integration workstreams across multiple project phases. Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors for successful delivery. Oversee Forms implementation and integration with Guidewire platforms. Monitor project progress, resolve delivery issues, and manage escalations proactively. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Ensure adherence to best practices, delivery standards, and client expectations. Provide regular status updates, metrics, and executive-level reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–10+ years of Guidewire program / project delivery experience. Strong hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations. Deep understanding of Guidewire Integration architecture and implementation processes. Strong expertise in Forms implementation and integration with Guidewire. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile / Scrum. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools. Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive successful delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
