Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician Company: EBAA Iron, Inc Location: Eastland, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Join the EBAA Iron Manufacturing Team EBAA Iron, Inc. has been manufacturing high-quality products for the waterworks industry for over 60 years. Our products help support critical water infrastructures across North America. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and preform repairs Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of repairs Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues Comfortable working around production equipment and performing physical tasks Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or diagrams Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding is a plus Ability to work both independently and with a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Pay and Incentives Starting pay $17+/hr. depending on experience Production based incentive program that rewards employees for meeting shop performance goals Benefits EBAA Iron offers a competitive benefits package including: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Stable, long-term employment with an established manufacturer EBAA Iron, Inc, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr EBAA IRON SALES, INC.
