Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and gather data focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive aspects.
• Implement care plans while adhering to established procedures and policies.
• Identify patient educational needs and develop teaching strategies.
• Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records.
• Delegate patient care tasks and oversee assigned team members.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when necessary, overseeing patient assignments and staff coordination.
• Engage in professional development through seminars and workshops.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN Licensure in Washington State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the Healthcare Provider level within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within designated timeframes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities.
• Capability to perform CPR and operate various medical equipment.
• Emotional resilience to navigate high-stress scenarios.
