The Job: As the ICC Adult Program Manager, you will create, develop, and implement programs that are based on Israeli/Jewish holidays, lectures, and memorial ceremonies. Pay: $40 /hour

- Design, manage and grow, organize and execute ICC adult programs. Ensure that program fulfills the OFJCC mission
- Develop curriculum for various programs, including guest speakers and events
- Develop budgets for all program areas and manage continual budget responsibility together with the Director of ICC.
- Recruit, hire, train and evaluate program specific facilitators
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of programing experience or more
- Fluent in Hebrew and have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Israeli culture.
- Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
- Excellent communication in both English and Hebrew and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate information clearly (written

- Extremely organized and detailed oriented; ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community, other employees and members.
- Take initiative, mange competing priorities, problem-solve issues and work under pressure and time constraints
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain long-term relationships within the local community and volunteers
- Sound fiscal management expertise.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint and any other software needed.
- Ability to engage with the Israeli and American communities.
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
- Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
