We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of procurement, inventory management, material planning, and logistics operations. Develop sourcing strategies and build strong supplier partnerships that support business growth. Drive supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Negotiate contracts, lead RFQ activities, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and ensure material availability. Manage inbound and outbound freight operations to support customer and production requirements. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Support forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP activities. Analyze inventory, purchasing, and supplier data to support business decisions and operational performance. Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to align supply chain strategy with company objectives. Identify process improvements and implement best practices that drive measurable results.
