Collaborates with departments to resolve documentation gaps and monitors bill hold reports. Demonstrates strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Assists the Manager/Director in mentoring and training Coder 1 and 2 team members and clinical practice students. Contributes to the accuracy and integrity of the medical record.Minimum Qualifications:Required Experience: 5 Years of Outpatient Coding.
