This role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, account reconciliations, and exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and clients.The Opportunity:Process and submit accurate invoices through MSP/VMS platforms and direct billing systems while ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirementsManage assigned accounts receivable portfolios by performing billing, collections, payment follow-up, and account maintenanceMonitor aging reports, research payment discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with clients and internal teamsPerform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain customer account information and prepare standard AR and collections reporting for leadershipSupport month-end close activities by completing assigned accounting tasks and ensuring timely documentationPartner with internal finance teams to review aging reports, provide account updates, and help improve overall billing operationsDeliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Bring:2+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience REQUIREDExperience within the healthcare staffing industry REQUIREDExperience working with MSP/VMS billing platforms such as Simpliant, Einstein, HealthTrust, MedSol, Aya, Qualivis, Medifis, ShiftWise, AHSA, RightSourcing, ProLink, or HWLStrong understanding of collections, payment applications, account reconciliations, and billing proceduresExperience using accounting xhyhwjd systems such as Business Central, Bullhorn, or QuickBooksIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including LOOKUP functions, SUM formulas, and Pivot TablesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProfessional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external customersAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environmentIf you're looking to join a collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in supporting billing operations, collections, and the financial health of a growing healthcare staffing organization, we'd love to connect.
