Business AnalystLocation: Fort Meyers, FLThe Business Analyst supports organizational objectives by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that align with business goals.Job DutiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiativesTranslate business needs into functional specifications and clear documentation for technical and non-technical teamsConduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvementsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that improve business processesSupport project management activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestonesFacilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsPerform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business statesAssist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirementsDocument current and future state processes, workflows, and system enhancementsAnalyze and support inventory management processes, including tracking inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements to optimize stock control and accuracyPartner with operations and supply chain teams to enhance inventory systems, reporting, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and cost controlMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as neededMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and operational information and ensure it is not disclosed without proper authorizationLead the variable compensation process for our various performance-based compensation plans.Other related duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related roleExperience with inventory management, supply chain coordination, or operations analytics is considered an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and process mappingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsWorking ConditionsFast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing prioritiesFrequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computerOccasional travel may be required depending on business needsFlexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlinesPlease Note: The Business Analyst role is a fully onsite position reporting to our office in Florida.Fix Network is an EOEA career at Fix Network World means being an important part of a global family of winning brands that love to live, learn, work and play.
