Texas Health and Human Services is seeking a knowledgeable Program Specialist V for its Behavioral Health Medicaid Programs unit in Austin, TX. This role provides consultative services in oversight of the Home and Community-Based Services - Adult Mental Health program. The ideal candidate will manage technical assistance and training, develop program policies, and track critical incidents to ensure quality mental health services.
