Real Estate Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Manage cash activity and ensure accurate financial transactions
Review and process commission payments
Lead month-end close activities and maintain financial accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including mortgage operations
Support financial reporting and provide insights to leadership

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Real estate industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
2+ year of supervisory experience
Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
