This includes focusing on details with a warm friendly, clear and highly professional styleProperly handle cash and maintain the register, this includes accurately entering tips, placing orders, and keeping a balanced drawerKnowledge of food allergens in our productsKeep up to date on seasonal items in the PatisserieReceive and fulfill guests’ orders on all Patisserie itemsCreate all Bottega Louie coffees and teas for the market and café and abiding by Bottega Louie recipe standards, sanitation standards and maintaining speed of serviceKeeps a clean, well-stocked and organized workstationReceive all Patisserie products and restock throughout the shiftProperly store and rotate macaronsBecome certified through all Bottega Louie Patisserie Positions (Barista, Product Knowledge and Sales)Present a positive attitude toward merchandise, company and other fellow employeesWork closely with staff to create a steady flow of serviceDue to the nature of the business and the fluctuating demands, you may be asked to help in other areas of the Patisserie and may have to perform other duties as required or assignedCOMPENSATIONBeginning at $20.25/hr.
