Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects in a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, and risk mitigation.
• Support equipment installations, facility upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience managing capital projects with significant budgets.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• PMP certification.
• Experience with facility expansions, equipment installations, or plant improvement projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
