WARRANTY COORDINATOR Full Time Clerical Pooler, GA, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1601 Salary Range: $19.00 To $21.00 Hourly General Summary This position is responsible for coordinating all material, labor, and documentation for homeowner service appointments. Essential Job Functions Enter warranty order in JDE. Ensure material arrival according to service date. Schedule installer and/or Service Technician to service appointment. Print work orders with builder service paperwork. Assign correct installer and/or Service Technician to purchase order. Receive labor PO once installation is complete. Provide status update to builder representative (i.e. complications, completions, etc.). Compile all order data, communication, and completed/signed paperwork to header of order. Field calls from Service Technicians and homeowners. Attend weekly administrative meetings. Interface with other departmental team members to solve problems that cross departments. Other customer service, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft a plus. Ability to interface with business partners and across departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Education and Experience Two year degree a plus, but not required. 2-3 years of practical customer service in the construction industry preferred. Floor covering experience a plus. Other Requirements The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Any offer of employment is contingent upon pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
