We're hiring a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician to join our team. This is a hands-on role covering facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and SkinPen microneedling, with real personal responsibility for building strong client relationships from the very first visit.

The right person is someone who wants to grow into every service on our menu, who treats retail and treatment-plan recommendations as part of genuinely caring for a client's results, and who builds the kind of relationships that keep people coming back.

Someone who leads with trust and education, never pressure. Our clients expect to be listened to before they're sold to.

A natural relationship-builder who follows up and remembers details.

Comfortable recommending retail and treatment plans because they genuinely believe in the results. Detail-oriented with documentation and client charting.

Motivated to become fully cross-trained across our entire service menu.

What You'll Do

-Administer facials, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels, waxing, and dermaplaning

-Build lasting client relationships that drive retention and rebooking

-Recommend retail products and treatment plans tied to each client's goals

-Chart detailed notes for every appointment

-Help build our local presence social media content, and connecting with local businesses.

-Follow up with clients after their visits to keep the relationship warm
