ServiceNow - CMDB and ITOM DeveloperLocation: Frisco, TX/Morrisville, NC/Melbourne, FL (Remote)Salary: USD 105000- 106000/annuallyJob Type: FulltimeKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow.Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB governance processes.Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, and cloud platforms.Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions.Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.Improve data quality, service visibility, and CMDB health across the organization.Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to align CMDB architecture with CSDM and ITIL best practices.Required Skills:ServiceNow Development experienceStrong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service MappingHands-on experience with ITOM and ITSM modulesKnowledge of CSDM, IRE, and CMDB GovernanceProficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIsExperience with MID Server configuration and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure)Understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesPreferred Skills:AIOps/Event ManagementHAM, SAM, SecOps, or GRC exposureServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS-ITOM)Disclaimer:Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
