Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $76,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Build,monitor, andoptimizemarketing project timelines within Asana, ensuringclear ownership, task dependencies, andcommunicationsacross all ongoing campaigns andprojects Assistwith the development and tactical deployment of national marketing initiatives and unique local restaurant concept promotions, keeping all activities strictly aligned with the company’s creative vision Partner with the internal marketing teams and externalpublic relationsagencies, serving as the central connective person,to project-manage comprehensive strategiesand tacticsfrom concept to conclusion Monitor ticket sales, revenue metrics, and key performance indicatorsto ensure project goals and financial targets are met Coordinate the development and execution of critical project collateral, including comprehensive planning documents, marketing campaign recaps, and promotional one-sheets Collaborate closely withoperationalleadership and regional field marketing teams to organize media visits, chef-led culinary events, and interactive experiences that build public awareness Ensure all project timelines and marketing executions translate directly into measurable financial results, tracking performance metrics to drive increased restaurant sales More about you Bachelor’s degreeinmarketing,business,communications, ora relatedfield;MBA is preferred but notrequired Minimumof 3years of progressive marketing experience within an advertising agency, restaurant group, or hospitality business; proven project management experience within the hospitality space isrequired Strong experienceutilizingAsanaor similar enterprise PM toolsto manage complexcross-functionalprojects, build templates, and track deliverables Solid foundational knowledge of creative review processes, copywriting, social media landscape, and digital media platforms Highly data-driven and result-oriented, with a clear understanding of the linkage between marketing tactics and financial performance.
