Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region Lead in service company assignments Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available Perform other duties as assigned Required Skill Warehouse Management Experience Retail Operations Experience Logistics Background Preferred Skills Management of Financial Resources Experience working with contractors Judgement and Decision Making Good Time Management Critical Thinking and Negotiation Operations Analysis and Coordination Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Dependable leader who creates a culture of accountability and consistently follows through Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to stay composed and productive under pressure Why CRST?
