About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Health Center Services to provide senior leadership for its network of health centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accessible, and culturally responsive care across all programs and service lines. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, particularly in integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings, and a proven track record in leading complex multi-site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams. The VP of Health Center Services will be tasked with driving operational excellence, clinical integration, patient access, financial performance, and workforce development in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. Key responsibilities for the VP of Health Center Services include leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of all health centers, advancing integrated primary care-behavioral health models, and ensuring the consistent implementation of evidence-based practices and patient-centered care principles. The role also involves managing health center budgets, productivity targets, and financial performance, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicaid managed care, FQHC operations, and value-based care models is essential, as is the ability to lead through influence, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive organizational change.
