About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for Managed Learning Services in the US. This is a pivotal role focused on owning the commercial strategy, building and leading the enterprise sales team, and personally closing key deals to drive the company's growth in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales and bookings targets, from acquiring new clients to expanding and renewing existing accounts. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to set quotas, design territories, and run the sales operating cadence. Collaboration with the delivery organization is essential to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the company's execution capabilities. Candidates for the VP of Sales position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of closing large enterprise deals, particularly in the areas of managed learning services, learning outsourcing, or workforce transformation, is a key requirement. The role demands a deep understanding of selling professional services and the ability to engage with senior L&D and talent leaders. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on style, be comfortable operating across major US markets, and be willing to travel regularly. Existing relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and experience in building a sales team are considered advantageous.
