About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a superior system and culture of accountability and performance to exceed sales goals and maximize profits. This role involves overseeing the division's sales metrics, recruiting and retaining top sales talent, and ensuring the execution of robust sales processes. The VP of Sales will also be involved in competitive analysis, strategic product positioning, and market segmentation, as well as managing the sales force to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and 5-10 years' experience in a high-level sales and marketing management role with a focus on volume building. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in a customer engagement and satisfaction model, as well as experience in managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a creative thinker, and possess strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM and sales performance management systems. The VP of Sales will be expected to maintain a corporate satisfaction score above 90%, develop cutting-edge products, and manage the customer care process to ensure compliance with established procedures.
