Project EngineerWe are conducting a confidential search for a Project Engineer to join an established commercial construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to expand their project management experience and grow their career.The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to support projects from planning through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordinationCoordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliersManage project documentation, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project recordsAssist with subcontractor and material coordinationMonitor project progress, quality, and safety requirementsHelp identify and resolve project issues to maintain schedules and project objectivesParticipate in project meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholdersSupport client communication and project closeout activitiesQualifications2–5 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Engineer or similar roleBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of commercial construction processes, drawings, specifications, and building codesExperience with construction/project management technologyStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with both office and field teamsInterested?If you're a Project Engineer looking to take the next step in your commercial construction career, I'd welcome the opportunity to share additional details about the company, projects, and growth potential.
