Express Employment Professionals is hiring for multiple Collections Specialist positions to support organizations in the Ithaca and Cortland areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation: Accurately manage and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collection Communications: Reach out to clients through phone, email, and fax to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service while addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

- Education & Experience: An Associate Degree and at least 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
