Assistant Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview The Assistant Sourcing Specialist supports the lifecycle day‑to‑day management throughout product development, bulk order commitment and garment delivery at QVC Group. Location This role is hybrid and requires you to be onsite at Studio Park in West Chester, PA several days per month. Job seekers must reside in PA, NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is not available. What You’ll Do Support the Global Sourcing organization and ensure the ability to meet customer demands by offering the highest quality product on time at the best value possible. Develop samples in multiple apparel and accessories categories, gaining an understanding of development, pricing, sourcing and production strategies. Communicate daily, both written and verbal, with global sourcing partners to build strong relationships and ensure implementation of QVC’s standards and procedures. Monitor weekly production status (WIP) to ensure compliance with the calendar schedule and on‑time delivery. Understand all milestones within the product development calendar and adhere to sourcing‑specific responsibilities. Manage WIP (Work in Progress) and TNA to ensure milestone compliance. Be a supportive partner to the Cross‑Functional Team – Design, Technical Design, and Buying. What You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor's Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Product Design preferred). Experience: Minimum 1‑3 years of experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required. Flex PLM knowledge is a plus.
