Oaklawn provides comprehensive mental health and addictions services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties in Northern Indiana. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant for the Adult Clinical Services team in Goshen.

What You Will Do as an Administrative Assistant:
There are a wide variety of Administrative Assistant positions at Oaklawn, starting at $17.04 hr., most include:

Answering phone and handling messages
Making appointments and schedules
Greeting and directing visitors and clients
Operating office equipment
Supporting team members with various needs and requests

We are looking for the following persons:

Candidates who are bilingual.
Those who have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
Those who love working in a supportive team environment
