Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions through comprehensive examinations, determining their unique rehabilitation needs and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to enhance patients' strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure accurate and thorough clinical records.
• Motivate patients by setting realistic goals and encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise and wellness programs.
• Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, the importance of treatment adherence, and strategies for preventing future injuries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
• Stay current on the latest developments in physical therapy practices, integrating new knowledge into your treatment methodologies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• A deep understanding of manual therapy and exercise principles, supported by hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, promoting a positive therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits
