Summary Real Estate Intern based in New York City supporting the Real Estate team for Louis Vuitton Americas. The role provides hands‑on experience in portfolio management, transaction support, real estate documentation, and presentation preparation while collaborating cross‑functionally with store planning and retail stakeholders. This is an on‑site internship in Midtown Manhattan with paid hourly compensation for summer/fall 2026. Responsibilities Support real estate portfolio management by tracking critical dates and lease cycles. Assist with real estate transactions and the steps involved in property acquisition. Create and contribute to department materials and presentations for Store Committee reviews. Prepare executive summaries for corporate travel and related materials. Maintain accurate real estate records through data input and document coordination. Coordinate filing and documentation for real estate transactions and partner with retail stakeholders. Requirements Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate) in business, finance, real estate, economics, urban planning, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and foundational financial acumen. Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information professionally, and work collaboratively.
