Job Opportunity: Medical Oncologist

Our organization is looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join the Hematology/Oncology Division at the MacNeal Community Cancer Center.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and its neighboring areas. This individual will provide strong leadership, enhance clinical and research initiatives, assist in attracting top-tier professionals to the practice, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. They will also be instrumental in supporting patient services and excellence in our care delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center.
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary translational clinical care research.
• Lead a diverse array of clinical treatment protocols.
• Instruct fellows, residents, and medical students as assigned.
• Report directly to the Director of the Division of Hematology/Oncology.
• Collaborate closely to develop the regional community cancer practice.

Working Conditions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945, based on academic rank and experience.
