Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Refreshment Sales Director to lead business growth initiatives focused on Office Coffee Service (OCS), water solutions, pantry service, refreshment programs, and workplace convenience offerings. We deliver customized refreshment experiences that keep workplaces energized, productive, and connected. As Refreshment Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and delivering refreshment solutions that help customers create better workplaces. What You'll Do Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive sales growth across Office Coffee Service (OCS), water filtration, pantry service, breakroom refreshments, and workplace beverage programs Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and increase revenue Build and manage prospect pipelines through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade associations, and business development activities Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend customized refreshment solutions Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and pricing proposals Develop long-term customer relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, and account growth Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful account launches Collaborate with Refreshment Services leadership to align growth initiatives with operational capabilities Represent Five Star Breaktime Solutions at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging workplace refreshment opportunities Identify opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships through additional service offerings Support ongoing customer engagement efforts to maximize long-term retention and satisfaction What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum 3–5 years of successful outside sales leadership experience Previous experience in Office Coffee Service (OCS), Refreshment Services, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), foodservice, vending, hospitality, beverage distribution, or related industries strongly preferred Demonstrated success with cold calling, prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and drive revenue growth Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to travel within assigned markets as needed Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly and perform frequent bending, reaching, and physical movement as necessary Must successfully pass background screening, MVR review, and drug screening Paid Vacation After 6 Months Seven Paid Holidays Per Year Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission Program Company Car Program Company Card & Expense Program Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Matching Program Dedicated Sales Territory Professional Development & Career Growth Opportunities Who We Are Five Star Breaktime Solutions is one of the nation's largest on-site food and beverage service providers proudly delivering customized workplace convenience solutions including: Office Coffee & Refreshment Services (RFS) Full-Line Vending Pantry Service Water Filtration & Bottled Water Programs Corporate Dining & Foodservice Sustainable Product Programs Catering Solutions Our mission is simple: create exceptional breaktime experiences while building meaningful partnerships with customers and communities.
